Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Any damage due to misuse voids eligibility
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be shipped to our designated warehouse facility. The return address will be provided after your request has been approved.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email:
Include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
- Full name
- Shipping address
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care products
- Underwear and swimwear
- Custom or personalised items
- Final sale items
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, processing begins and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
